Options Tailored to Your Needs

Choose from four personalized options from your Ayurvedic Postpartum Chef, ranging from 100% full-service cooking (covering all meals, snacks, and teas) to more flexible plans like lunch and dinners only.  Including nourishment the day after you give birth, continuing for as long as needed (up to 40 days).

Convenient Scheduling

Christine will work her culinary magic ensuring the highest quality in every dish. Providing you with enough meals, snacks, and teas to last for two to three days..

Day One and Two after Birth:

Breakfast:

  • Sunshine Oatmeal (coconut milk, almond milk, ghee, raisins, pecans, spices, orange zest)

  • Stewed Fruits with Ayurvedic Spices

  • Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus, Zucchini, and Raw Cheddar

  • Turmeric Lactation Chai (homemade almond milk)

Snacks and Teas:

  • Banana-Almond Chocolate Chip Lactation Muffins (GF option available)

  • Turmeric Lactation Chai

  • CCF Tea (Cumin, Coriander, Fennel)

Lunch/Dinner:

  • Day 2 Congee Stew

  • Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Soup

Day Three and Four after Birth:

Breakfast:

  • Apple Pie Oatmeal

  • Stewed Fruits

  • Vegetable Frittata

  • Turmeric Lactation Chai

Snacks and Teas:

  • Carrot Spice Lactation Muffins

  • Lactation Chai

  • Red Raspberry Leaf + Nettle Tea

Lunch/Dinner:

  • Coconut Saffron Stew

  • Super-Power Pakistani Beef and Veggie Stew

Day Five and Six after Birth:

Breakfast:

  • Carrot Cake Oatmeal

  • Stewed Fruits

  • Mexican Egg Scramble with Mexican Home Fries

  • Turmeric Lactation Chai

Snacks and Teas:

  • Brainy Bites (liver pate balls)

  • Grounded Mama Tea

Lunch/Dinner:

  • Greek Lemon-Rice and Chicken Soup

  • Coconut Curry with Butternut Squash, Green Beans, and Cashews + Basmati rice

Day Seven + Eight after Birth:

Breakfast:

  • Baked Frittata with Chard, Zucchini, and Sweet Potatoes

  • Stewed Fruits

  • Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

  • Turmeric Lactation Chai

Snacks and Teas:

  • Apple Chai Spiced Lactation Muffins

  • Lemon Love Tea

Lunch/Dinner:

  • Swedish Meatball Stew

  • Mulligatawny Soup

This sample menu represents the quality and variety of meals you can expect throughout the first week after birth. All dishes are crafted from scratch with love and healing intentions.

 

Postpartum Nourishment Plan

Our comprehensive plan ensures your postpartum journey is nourished and supported and includes the following:

  • Meal Planning, Prepping and Customization

  • One-hour Zoom consult during pregnancy

  • Intake form + discussion

  • Planning and Meal Prepping:

  • Meal Preparation

  • Making and freezing bone broth

  • Buying spices and dry goods

  • Making and delivery of fresh food

  • Delivery Schedule:

  • Meals, snacks, and teas delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

  • Grocery Shopping:

  • Cost includes organic ingredients, with servings typically enough for partners or freezing

Investment Options

Option A: The Full Menu - $675 per week*

  • Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner snacks, and teas, for one week

Option B: Lunch, dinner, snacks and teas - $600 per week*

  • Includes lunch, dinner, snacks and teas for one week

Option C: Lunch, dinner and Breakfast - $575 per week*

  • Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for one week

 

Option D: Lunch and Dinner Only - $520 per week*

  • Includes lunch and dinners for one week

 

Option E: Snacks and teas only - $350 per week*

  • Includes teas and snacks for one week

Option F: 3 Days of Full Menu - $350

  • Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and teas for 3 days*

 

*A commute fee will be incurred for each delivery, ranging from $20 to $45 depending on the location.
