Do you want your support person to assist you in weeks leading up to childbirth as well as provide excellent support for you in labor? This class is for you! Learn the physiology and psychology of birth and how to best work with a woman's laboring body using the comfort of touch, encouragement, breathing techniques and positioning to make the most of each contraction and keep (or get) baby in the best position for birth.

Infant Massage Class

Learn the reason Infant Massage is so helpful to your child. We will explore a few of the many strokes and techniques to comfort, soothe and bond with your baby. Includes private instruction and lubricants This is one 30 minute class only. Designed to address your baby's most urgent issues and answer your questions. More classes can be added as desired.
